Slight Of Harvest Homestead is an independent homestead that supports the mission of SOH8357 through hands-on educational demonstrations, contact creative and community engageement.
While the homestead operates independently, it provides documented program support to help advance the nonprofit's educational initiatives.
SOH8357 is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and donations made directly to the nonprofit are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Community members may also supports our mission by engaging with and sharing educational content or by participants in workshops hosted through our educational partners. Subscribing, liking and sharing educational videos helps expand the reach of gardening education and community learning.

It's one thing to have natural light from the sun during the day but when your also able to have grow lights for at night or during days when the sun is being blocked by the clouds...you might want to invest in some grow lights. Our dog Atlantis has been watching me work and plant in the garden and decided she wanted to plant her own food...bones...so i guess we'll have to see if she will get a harvest.
